CANCELLATION POLICY

🍃 Booking Terms & Conditions | Policies 🍃 To maintain a calm and comfortable environment, no extra guests are permitted. I kindly ask that you review the following policies before your visit: • Deposit: All appointments and packages require a 50% deposit via credit card to secure your booking. Deposits are applied toward your final service balance at checkout. • No-Shows & Cancellations: If an appointment is missed or canceled for any reason with less than 24 hours’ notice (including arriving more than 15 minutes late), the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. If no deposit was previously collected, the equivalent deposit amount will be charged to the card on file on the day the appointment is missed. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit, minus a 2.6% card processing fee. • Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for parking and to settle in before your appointment. A waiting area is available in the hall for your comfort. •Late Arrival: If you are running 5–15 minutes late, please text Irene Bahena Beauty at (773) 732-7077. Your appointment will be held for up to 15 minutes. While I will do my best to accommodate you, certain services may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time. Your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time, and I will complete as much of the service as possible within the allotted time. Please note that the full service charge will still apply. If your appointment must be canceled due to excessive lateness, all payments and deposits will be forfeited.
